The assessment is a multiple choice questionnaire consisting of 34 questions spanning the key disciplines of Mindset, Enablement, Innovation Capability, Digital Hardware Capability and Store Design. Upon completion, the user is instantly presented with a personalised report which provides a snapshot of the organisation’s current status along with a grading within each of the core disciplines. These individual category scores then combine to provide an overall grade and narrative for the organisation as a whole.

Your personalised report will provide you with a platform to develop a retail development strategy, or can be used as an invaluable sounding board for reviewing your existing strategy.
